Frequently Asked Questions

How does QuietFit work? +

Snoring happens when the soft tissue at the back of your throat relaxes and partially blocks your airway. Air rushing past that obstruction creates the sound.

QuietFit is a mandibular advancement device (MAD) — it holds your lower jaw gently forward while you sleep. That small shift keeps the airway open. No obstruction, no noise.

How do I fit QuietFit? +
  1. Soften QuietFit in hot water for 60 seconds, following the instructions in the box.
  2. Bite down gently to take the impression of your teeth, then hold until it sets.
  3. Start on the lowest adjustment setting. If you're still snoring after a few nights, move it forward 1 mm.
  4. Repeat until the nights go quiet. Most people find their setting in the first two weeks.
How do the adjustment settings work? +

QuietFit has 10 adjustment settings, so you can fine-tune how far your lower jaw is held forward. Start on the lowest setting. If you're still snoring after a few nights, move it forward 1 mm.

Adjust gradually, not all at once — and let your partner's feedback guide you. Most people find their setting in the first two weeks.

Does QuietFit treat sleep apnea? +

No. QuietFit is intended to reduce snoring. If you stop breathing, choke, gasp during sleep, or think you may have sleep apnea, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

How does the guarantee work? +

Wear QuietFit consistently during your guarantee period. If the person beside you isn't sleeping better, contact us within your applicable 30, 45 or 60 nights for a refund. The guarantee period starts when the order arrives.
